Locate your breakpoints in our datasets

The 'Classifier tool' will correct the location of breakpoints when they are found in direct repeats (see 'Breakpoints located in direct repeats' in Documentation for details)

You can test this tool using these 5' and 3' breakpoints or this sample junction sequence (Homo sapiens, deletions).
