Locate your breakpoints in our datasets

The 'Classifier tool' will correct the location of breakpoints when they are found in direct repeats (see 'Breakpoints located in direct repeats' in Documentation for details)

Species: Homo sapiens
Rearrangement type: Duplications
Indicate here the location of the 5’ and 3’ breakpoints describing the junction of distant segments (e.g., 6000 – 14911), using the numbering of the reference mtDNA sequences, and click 'Classify rearrangement’. Please note that the duplicated region in the mtDNA is located between the 3’ and 5’ breakpoints (e.g., 14911 to 6000).
